Terms of Service

Huntigo ("Huntigo", "we", "us" or "our") provides software that helps administrators and moderators of Facebook groups capture, organize and follow up with the people who request to join their groups. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huntigo website, the Huntigo web application, the Huntigo Chrome extension and any related services we provide (together, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service. They form a binding agreement between you and Huntigo. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, "you" refers to that organization, and you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You accept these Terms when you create a Huntigo account, purchase a subscription, or install and use the Huntigo Chrome extension. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, complete checkout or use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you, and only in a manner that complies with these Terms and applicable law. To capture leads from a Facebook group, you must be an administrator or moderator of that group.

Your account

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account with people who are not authorized to use it.
• Use reasonable measures to secure the devices and browsers on which you use the Huntigo Chrome extension.
• Notify us promptly at support@huntigo.net if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk for Huntigo, other users or third parties, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.

Huntigo is a subscription-based tool that works alongside the Facebook groups you manage. Depending on your plan, the Service lets you:

• Capture the profile information Facebook makes available when people request to join your group, together with their answers to your membership questions.
• Approve or decline member requests while saving their information in your Huntigo account.
• Organize leads with custom, color-coded tags, and search or filter them by name, tag, group, date or answer.
• Organize follow-ups into campaigns targeted by tag, using custom message templates and bulk messaging.
• Sync leads to Google Sheets and send them to supported CRM, email marketing and automation tools.

The Service is delivered through the Huntigo web application and the Huntigo Chrome extension, which you install in your browser and connect to your account. Feature availability and usage limits, such as the number of Facebook groups and tags, depend on your subscription plan.

We continually improve Huntigo, so features may be added, changed or retired over time. If we make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a plan you have paid for, we will give you reasonable advance notice where practicable, and we will honor any commitments that apply to your current billing period as required by law.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data protection, privacy, anti-spam and consumer protection laws.
• Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network or data, including other users’ Huntigo accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity or performance of the Service, or introduce malware or other harmful code.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or for fraud, harassment, impersonation or other abusive or unlawful conduct.
• Circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions, access controls or other technical safeguards.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell or create derivative works of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Capture data from groups you do not administer or moderate, or use the Service in a way that violates the terms, policies or community standards of Facebook, or any other third-party platform.

You are solely responsible for making sure your activities, including the messages you send and the platforms you use, comply with applicable laws and with the rules of those third-party platforms.

The information you capture, store and use through Huntigo, including the personal information of people who request to join your groups ("Your Data"), remains yours. You are responsible for:

• Having the rights and permissions needed to access, collect, store and use Your Data through the Service.
• Having an appropriate legal basis to process personal information where the law requires one.
• Providing any notices and obtaining any consents required before collecting personal information or contacting people, for example by explaining in your membership questions how answers will be used.
• Using and sharing Your Data responsibly, and honoring requests from individuals to access, correct or delete their information where the law requires.
• Configuring your integrations, destinations and account permissions appropriately, including choosing which tools receive Your Data.

You grant Huntigo a limited permission to host, process and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Huntigo provides tools, not legal advice. We do not guarantee that any particular use of the Service will comply with the laws or platform rules that apply to you.

The Service works with Facebook groups and can connect to third-party tools you choose to enable. Integrations currently listed on our website include Google Sheets, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier.

• Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements, and you must comply with them when you use them with Huntigo.
• The availability, features and behavior of third-party services can change independently of Huntigo, which may affect how the Service works with them.
• Huntigo does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their operation, security, availability or data practices.
• When you connect an integration, you authorize Huntigo to send the data you configure to that service on your behalf.

Huntigo is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and are trademarks of Meta. References to other third-party products are for identification only and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Every plan includes all Huntigo features; plans differ in how many Facebook groups you can add and how many tags you can create. At the time of writing, the plans and regular prices are:

• Starter: $19 per month or $89 per year, with up to 2 Facebook groups and 5 tags.
• Premium: $29 per month or $119 per year, with up to 5 Facebook groups and 10 tags.
• Business: $49 per month or $199 per year, with up to 20 Facebook groups and 40 tags.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The current plans, prices and limits are always shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Billing intervals and renewal

You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Your subscription is charged when you complete checkout and then renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the regular price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for each renewal.

Plan changes

You can upgrade or change your plan from the billing settings in your Huntigo account. Any price difference, and the date the change takes effect, will be shown to you before you confirm.

Failed payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we may contact you to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved, we may limit or suspend access to paid features until it is.

Promotions and discount codes

New customers can enter the code WELCOME50 at checkout to receive 50% off their first payment on any plan, monthly or yearly. The discount applies to the first payment only; later payments are charged at the regular plan price. Promotions have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to additional conditions presented at checkout. We may change or end a promotion at any time, without affecting discounts already applied.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription from the billing settings in your Huntigo account, or by contacting us at support@huntigo.net. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, you will keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a question about a charge, contact us at support@huntigo.net with your account email and the details of the payment. We will review your request and respond. Any refund is handled in line with the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Huntigo and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the website, web application, Chrome extension, software, designs, text, graphics, logos and the Huntigo name and brand. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not use the Huntigo name, logo or other branding without our prior written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

We work hard to keep Huntigo reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntigo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will remain compatible with Facebook or any other third-party platform, or that you will achieve any particular number of leads, sales or other business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntigo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntigo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Huntigo for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Huntigo from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party platform rules, or Your Data and how you use it.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in the Eligibility and user accounts section.

When your access ends, your right to use the Service stops. We recommend exporting or syncing any data you want to keep, for example to Google Sheets or your CRM, before cancelling. We handle remaining account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification, will continue to apply.

If you have a concern about the Service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Huntigo’s operating company is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice, such as by email or in the application, before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription.

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Huntigo about the Service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
